Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is a national 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which provides case management services and financial aid to Americans with chronic, life threatening and debilitating illnesses.

It provides education, legal counseling, and referrals for people with cancer who need assistance managing insurance, finances, debt crisis, and job discrimination issues. It also provides co-pay assistance and financial aid for eligible patients.

PAN is an independent non-profit organization that provides assistance to underinsured patients for their out-of-pocket expenses for life-saving medications. Ninety cents of every dollar donated to PAN goes directly to patients. Since 2004, PAN has awarded hundreds of millions of dollars in assistance to patients in need.
